REGULATIONS OF THE EXHIBITION

    Expoflávia Pavilion (near the Police Station) – Chaves, Portugal

    From December 5th to December 8th, 2009

  5. OPENING HOURS

    Visitors: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
    For group visits please contact the Vocational School of Chaves

  6. REGISTRATIONS

    Registration forms duly completed and signed shall be sent by snail mail, faxed. You also can register online.

  7. BUILDING AND DISMANTLING

    Building: from December 3rd to December 4th, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
    Dismantling: December 8th , 2009 from 6.30 p.m. on.

  8. PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT

    Public in general

  9. ADMISSION

    Due to space limitations, technical requirements and quality parameters, the Organization Committee alone shall decide which of the inventions are to be exhibited, provided that they fulfil the previous conditions.

  10. INSURANCES

    The Vocational School of Chaves has a “Civil Responsibility” Insurance which protects all the inventions exhibited. However, the inventor may subscribe an insurance of his own if he wishes.

  11. SERVICES

    The Committee shall ensure the cleaning of the exhibition hall.

  12. SURVEILLANCE

    The Organization shall ensure a night and day surveillance during the whole period of the exhibition inside the exhibition hall.

  13. PHOTOS

    None of the exhibited items shall be photographed or filmed without the exhibitors’ permission. The Organization Committee may photograph and /or film the stands as well as the exhibited items.

  14. INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All inventions susceptible of patent as well as every brand, model, drawing, sketch or film of any kind, exhibited at the event shall enjoy a protection as far as industrial and intellectual property is concerned.
    Exhibitors should say whether they wish to enjoy that protection or not.
    They must supply the Vocational School of Chaves with their personal data, describe the item to be protected as well as all the requested data according to the law.
